Who We Are

We are a group of mechanical engineers who for 10, 15, or even over 20 years, have been valuable collaborators in large world-class turbomachinery design corporations. Now, we have decided to collaborate, forming our own independent project, offering our experience in mechanical design for a competitive cost.

Our collaborators are product definition engineers, electromechanical engineers with 15 years of experience in mechanical design and product definition. Outstanding skills in CAD software for modeling and drafting. Excellent abilities working with multidisciplinary teams.



Some of our collaborators hold Six Sigma and advanced mechanical design course certificates and their professional experience includes over 25 years in engineering and operations management within aviation and automotive industries covering product design, project management, engineering team management, and customer service.


Our collaborators are mechanical engineers with experience in analysis, design, manufacturing, and project management dealing with mechanical parts. Advanced engineers skilled in tech activities such as tech support, simplification, cost reduction, and new product products introduction.


Services

Our mechanical engineering team works closely with customers. You are the experts in your field and your applications. We are here to support you with our knowledge and tools, in order to help quantify the designs and performance conditions your machines and parts are required to perform within.

We start by simply gathering your requirements. You can let us know the problem you are seeking to solve and reference any supporting materials, CAD files, or specifications that need to be referenced. From your preliminary information, we will collaborate with you further by phone and email in order to gather supporting CAD solid models, consider engineering load and performance conditions to consider, and determine the type of FEA analysis you are seeking to perform.

Our the engineering projects we have involve setup of the model and CAE analysis based on our collaboration. We run the analysis using our computational power and software. Often, we analyze results and perform finite element analysis with different scenarios.

Our team also provides some level of fluid dynamic engineering analysis as well for projects that can be set up and run through our flow simulation software. Some projects may require advanced computational fluid dynamics and we would recommend capable engineering partners. Based on our software capabilities, we would simulate liquid and gas flows to provide the CFD calculations necessary for insight on your product performance.
